We are located in the Breakwater Marketplace on Route 1 in Rockland.  The building is fully accessible for individuals requiring a ramp, elevator, or ADA-compliant restrooms.

Our clinic is on the northeast corner of the third floor (our view is truly spectacular!).  Enter the building through the main entrance on the south side.  The elevator and stairs are on the right as you enter the lobby.  When you arrive on the third floor, follow the signs for "Office Suites".  We are in suite 307, toward the end of the hallway, across from the restrooms.  If you require a wheelchair escort, please call us at 593-6682 and we'll be happy to pick you up in the main lobby.
