Now Accepting Credit Cards & Debit Cards

We understand that most people no longer carry checks or cash while they are out and about (in fact, we seldom do ourselves). Credit and debit cards are convenient and secure ways to pay for just about everything...including your co-payments and co-insurance payments at Continuum!

In the past, the high monthly fees charged to businesses for accepting credit cards prohibited us from accepting them for payment. However, we have now identified a service that charges reasonable rates and fees and that integrates nicely with our software systems.

We hope this will make your visits at Continuum just a little smoother.

Vacation hours

Michael and Kim Gallagher will be on vacation from Tuesday, February 21 through Tuesday, February 28. Dr. Jenna Krajewski will be providing liimited coverage during those days. While Jenna will be seeing patients during that week, please understand that new patients will likely need to wait for an initial appointment longer than usual. We are very committed to helping you feel better and look forward to serving you when all of our therapists are in the office.

Please note our fax number has changed to 207-213-1075. We hoped we could continue to use our previous number, but the electronic fax service (efax.com) we were using became so unreliable, we needed to switch to another service.

If you have faxed us something and think we may not have received it, give us a call and we'll let you know, or simply fax it to our new number. Thanks for your patience.

Thanksgiving Week Hours

Board Certification

June is shaping up to be a great month with regard to staff development at Continuum. Michael Gallagher has been awarded the designation of Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

To become an OCS, a therapist must demonstrate advanced knowledge in the field of orthopaedic physical therapy, which encompasses neuro-musculoskeletal examination and treatment of the entire human body. A therapist seeking OCS credentials must demonstrate thousands of hours spent directly in the field of orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as the pursuit of continuing education in orthopaedics during his or her career.

Michael Achieves Advanced Certification from Titleist Performance Institute

Michael Gallagher, PT, MPT, CGFI, has achieved certification as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Medical Professional Level 2, from the Titleist Performance Institute! This certification adds another layer of expertise in not only helping fit golfers improve their games, but helping injured golfers become pain-free and healthy again.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is recognized as the world leader in golf fitness, with 70% of PGA tour event winners working with TPI-certified professionals. Despite the dominance of TPI in the golf fitness arena, Michael is the first Physical Therapist in Maine to achieve this designation, and currently the only PT to hold the certification in the state.

Michael plans to pursue the third and final level of certification to become the only Level 3 TPI-certified PT in New England.
